Dr. Beaumier has over 50 years of experience in analytical chemistry. He is a past president of the Association of the Chemical Profession of Ontario (ACPO, Chartered Chemists) and the Canadian Society for Chemistry (2008–2009), and one of the founders of Maxxam Analytics, Canada's largest private analytical testing laboratory.

He has been at the forefront of innovations in the development of testing methods (40 published papers), analytical accuracy, and quality systems and standards — across environmental testing, genetics, pharmaceuticals, food safety, human drug testing, occupational health and safety, and the oil and gas industry. For his contributions to chemistry, he was awarded a fellowship in the Canadian Institute of Chemistry and an international research award from the ACPO.

Throughout his career he has contributed to the science of analysis and to the ongoing development of scientific standards and public education — through the Canadian Society for Chemistry, the International Association of Racing Chemists, and as a Director of Hospitals in Common Laboratories.

Andrew leads scientific and analytical-chemistry work at CanAlt, with deep expertise in analytical instrumentation and method validation across the laboratory's testing platforms. His work keeps CanAlt's assays accurate, reproducible, and aligned with the lab's quality systems.

Suman directs research and strategy at CanAlt, leading the lab's analytical development, its new-test pipeline, and the systems that connect the laboratory to the practitioners it serves — spanning method development, data infrastructure, and the strategic direction of CanAlt's testing platforms.

Frank joined CanAlt in 2012 as Director of Sales. With 30 years of sales experience, he is responsible for the promotion of CanAlt's laboratory services and is available to provide free presentations on hair analysis — helping educate practitioners and demonstrate how hair mineral analysis can support their practice.

Cris brings functional-nutrition expertise to CanAlt's practitioner-support function, helping nutritionists, naturopaths, and other practitioners apply CanAlt test results in patient care — and serving as a liaison between practitioners and the laboratory team.

Gini joined CanAlt in 2016 to implement and maintain the quality-assurance program meeting ISO 15189 Plus™ requirements. One of Canada's experts in food IgG sensitivity testing, she has served as an assessor for the Ontario Ministry of Health laboratory accreditation program and sat on the board of the International Committee for Standardization of Hematology, authoring papers and posters on quality assurance and laboratory standardization.

Leonette supports CanAlt's laboratory operations and kit production at our Mississauga facility — helping ensure every collection kit is assembled, lot-tracked, and ready for practitioners and their patients.
